Naked Arinto White Unfiltered 2023

The clay loam soils where Arinto grape is planted allow this variety to present its attributes: vibrant, with lively acidity, refreshing and with a strong mineral profile. The balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, allowed us to obtain a raw material of excellence.
This wine is produced exclusively from Arinto grapes, grown in our vineyards. The wine is unfiltered, presenting all natural sediments resulting from fermentation.
Handpicked harvest. Whole bunch gentle pressing at cold temperature. Fermentation took place in cement ”tulip” tanks.
Blurry with yellow-green colour. In the aroma, the lime citric notes are predominant, in a bakery background leading us to a wine tasting at the end of fermentation. In the palate it displays texture and volume, with vivid and appealing acidity. Long and saline finish.
Versatile, it is a great option to pair with burrata, tuna “bowl”, ceviche or tempura. You can also try it with some rich Thai or Vietnamese gastronomy.
We recommend serving it cool, at around 8ºC.
