Planted in the clay-schist and sandy soils, with low production potential, the Vicentino’s grapes bear their best attributes. This blend is made from Portuguese grapes (Arinto, Alvarinho and Viosinho), and from French grapes (Chardonnay e Sauvignon Blanc) exclusevely coming form our vineyards.

Handpicked grapes. Grape selection at the winery followed by pressing. Each grape fermented separately in stainless steel, for 3 weeks.
Over fermentation lees for 7 months followed by final blend in May 2021.
Yellow-greenish colour. Elegant citric fruit aromas displaying asparagus and green pepper hints. The palate is very fresh, vibrant and mineral, with a saline finish.
Great pairing with a fish roe salad, grilled seabass, shrimp curry, seafood or fish rice. Try it with asian spicy food.
We recommend serving it at around 8º C.
