  1. How can I contact Vicentino?
    You may contact us via email shop@vicentinowines.com or by phone + 351 914 549 870.
    If you intend to visit us, a map is also available in our website for you to locate our shop in Brejão, Alentejo Atlantic Coast, Portugal.
     
  2. Which countries does Vicentino ship to?
    Wine orders placed in both Vicentino’s shop and online store can be sent to almost any location in Europe.
     
  3. Do I have to sign up to buy Vicentino wines?
    Yes. By signing up you can also have access to easiness during your orders, through the available information of your customers page: your info, your order history and invoices.
     
  4. Is there a minimum order?
    Yes. Minimum order is 6 bottles (a case). Orders can only be made in multiples of 6 (6, 12, 18, 24 etc) as this is the most economical and secure way of packaging 6 units multiples.
     
  5. Can I choose any wine I want?
    Yes, you can choose any wine you want and make your combination of choice.
     
  6. Do prices in the online shop include VAT?
    Yes, all prices listed include Portuguese VAT.
     
  7. How much do shipping costs amount to?
    Shipping is free for Portugal Mainland, respecting minimum quantity of 6 bottles and minimum value of 50€.
    For other locations, we will charge shipping costs. Carrier costs depend on the total weight and shipping address of your individual order. The final shipping cost will be informed to you and added to your invoice.
     
  8. How long do orders take to reach their destination?
    Normally, after a shipment, an order takes the following time to be delivered:
    - Mainland Portugal: 48 working hours;
    - Madeira and Azores Islands: between 5 and 9 working days;
    - Other European countries: 6 working days;
    - Other continents: 7 working days.
    Note: Delivery periods are an estimate. There may be changes.
     
  9. Which payment methods are accepted?
    For Portugal, our online store supports payments by Paypal, Credit Card, Multibanco Transfer or MBWAY.
    For other countries, our online store supports payments by Paypal and Credit Card.
     
  10. How can I order Vicentino wines?
    1. Choose the products you want to order;
    2. Add the items to your shopping cart;
    3. Sign up, insert your personal info and delivery address.
    4. Select Carrier.
    5. Select a payment option and complete the payment.
    6. Next, you will receive an email with your order.
    7. Invoice will follow by email.
    8. For Portugal mainland, your order will be delivered within 48 working hours after the day of purchase.
    9. For other locations, the delivery days vary accordingly to your area of residence.
    10. Please note that online orders will be shipped only after we have successfully confirmed your payment.

  11. Do I have access to my invoice?
    Yes, you will receive your invoice by email.

  12. Can I change or cancel my purchase?
    To change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email to shop@vicentinowines.com. If the order is still with us, before shipment, we can still make changes. If the order has been shipped, we will find the more convenient solution for both.

  13. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
    Upon delivery, you should carefully examine your item. If you notice that it is not in perfect conditions, please hand it back to the carrier and clearly state the reason for the return and contact Vicentino wines by email: 
    shop@vicentinowines.com.
