Aging: 48 months aging on fine lees
Fermentation and Ageing: The base wine fermented and aged in 500-liter French oak barrels. Produced using the traditional method (with wild yeasts).
Tasting Notes: With a very fine mousse, this sparkling wine shows the elegance and freshness of Chardonnay combined with the structuring character of Pinot Noir, which gives it incredible depth. The fruit is wrapped in refined brioche notes, confirming its long aging period. It clearly expresses the Atlantic terroir from which it originates.
On the palate, vibrant acidity and minerality extend through to a saline finish, reflecting the proximity of the vineyards to the sea.
