Planted in clay-schist and sandy soils with naturally low productivity, the grape varieties at Vicentino reveal their best characteristics. The low yields imposed by the land help enhance the quality of the grapes, promoting an ideal concentration of organic acids, sugars and phenolic compounds. This balance between quantity and quality, combined with a mild climate, allows us to obtain grapes of exceptional quality.
Syrah
The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 10 months in used French oak barrels.
The red wine that best reflects the perfect symbiosis between the Atlantic, the soils and the vineyards is Vicentino Syrah. In the Vicentino vineyards, the proximity to the ocean reveals a unique expression of the Syrah variety. Initial notes of cassis and graphite, combined with subtle vegetal nuances, lead to a long palate with a saline finish.
